whey protein oatmeal

www.buybulkwhey.com We had a customer (Nancy) from Nampa Idaho tell us she didn't want to eat breakfast and do a whey protein shake in the morning. We suggested instead of having a breakfast and a shake, make a bowel of oatmeal and add a scoop or two of whey protein. Easy way to get your protein and carbs first thing in the morning! 1 cup old fashioned oatmeal 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 or 2 scoops whey protein 1/4 cup raisins little skim milk as necessary
