Question... Econo whey protein? i recently purchased Sci Fit econo whey protein and was wondering if anyone has had any good results from it? How does it compare to Muscle milk? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
by results i mean does it work as well as other proteins. I have seen better results from some than others. I kno they dont make you huge but i do kno that some do work better than others.

good results? what do you expect it to do magically make your muscle huge? its not steroids you know all protein does it heal your muscles more efficiently so you recover faster and in some cases some people dont eat enough protein to put on muscle. i think you have the wrong idea about supplements and what they help you do

Honestly I don't take Whey Protein anymore it makes my training , it makes me sleepy and alot of people i know don't use it any more because of the same reason. I would either stick to other protein supplements that dont contain Whey, or I simply alter my diet with natural foods. I know this is a little off topic, but you can get great results from just eating different foods. The only advantage that almost any protein supplement has over eating lean meats and fish.. is that the protein just gives u mental reassurance. Study the scientific compounds in it! You can find all of these in natural foods!
