Does anybody have any information on whey protein shakes?

Im just wondering if this whey protein is used more to bulk up or lose weight as a meal replacement, or both?

It can be used for both. It depends on how you use it. If you are trying to bulk up you need to drink the shake after you eat a meal. If you want too lose weight then you will need to replace meals. If you are trying to lose weight I would make sure that you are still getting the nutrition you need.

They are generally used to bulk up. Your body uses protein to build muscle. You should try to get as much protein as you can from your diet, and a protein shake is a good way to supplement.
