Taste like a shake but not with the calories. Better profile than muscle milk, and syntha 6. Also can be used as a post workout shake or a short term meal replacement.

Not as good as pure whey, but then again pure whey taste sucks.

Amplify XL, Double chocolate explosion. It's available at GNC, but is fairly expensive, around 50 bucks i think. It has whey protein, egg protein, and whey protein isolate, so its all around a very effective powder. It also has little chocolate chunks in the powder that some people find it a little harder to drink but I love it! 265 calories per 3 scoops, but you only need 2 scoops.
