u should try losing weight without the pills most of the time the pills really dont do anything

one fat burner is enough, work out early in the mornings before you eat, just cardio in the morining..........in the afternoon do your weight training, remember protein drinks are just supplements, not meal replacements........i repeat not meal replacements

I agree with your first answer, i wouldn't reccommend any of the pills or formulas that you see on tv. almost all of them aren't even approved by the FDA so the risks that are associated with them could be extremely dangerous. the best way to lose weight fast would be to eat healthy and exercise. if you really don't want to do that, drinking slimfast or protein shakes is a great way to get you energy and curb your appetite between workouts. just buy some protein powder at your local health store, much safer than unknown drugs and formulas.
