Whey Protein Muscle

Question...

Should I take whey protein or muscle milk?

I want to loose some fat but add a lot of muscle. I'm 6'2 170 lbs. I lift every other day and do cardio on the off days. So would I benefit more from muscle milk or whey protein?

muscle milk contains whey protein so theres no difference, but muscle milk has a lot of calories, and may add some fat. You might want to stick to whey protein, even though it wont taste as good
