Do you gain good results from 100% whey golden standard?

Has anyone used ON's 100% Whey Golden Standard before?
What are the results and are there any side affects to using this supplement?

Most people who supplement with protien shakes are looking to gain muscle so im guessing your asking if its good for muscle building. The answer is yes its expensive but yes that is a good quality brand. But if your not working out and eating right your gai s will be minimal

I have had good results from this product int he past BUT make sure you are eating and training correctly! With a pure natural whey, you will have zero side effects.
