How to Use Whey Protein






Question...

How do you use whey protein and creatine?

Im 22, 5'7", and 120lbs. I work out 5 days a week monday through friday. My goals are to put on some muscle mass and gain some weight. How much whey protein should i take and when should I take it? I would also lik to add some creatine. How much should be taken and when?

whey protein should be sipped a bit before weight training and the rest after

for protein which builds muscle after more simple workouts besides lifting weights go for hard boiled eggs and sleep

CREATINE is a waste of money, it's a supplement that provides water to your muscles, your really just adding water weight specifically to your muscles..something you can do just by drinking lots of water everyday

You should focus on whole food proteins and add two whey shakes pre and post workout. Your daily protein intake should be around 100grams per day.As far as creatine, find a quality creatine and consume around five grams a day. Focus on your nutrition and weight training regiment!

In fat free milk:
1 scoop of whey protein,
1 teaspoon of creatine,
before and after working out.
